Subject: Differance between CORN and CORN2 on Pro700???

Southern Ontario

Was setting up the 6088 for corn the other day and tried to set the crop type to CORN. When I did the monitor crapped out and gave me some errors and a bunch of other nonsense. It seems to be fine if I pick any other kind of crop even CORN2. Combined some high moisture corn for the neighbor and it read the moisture right, but I think the yield was a little off. Part of that was due to me not being able to calibrate the weight for the crop as we did not have our weigh wagon out, and the neighbor was just grinding it up for feed so no elevator weigh slips. It wasnt a big deal as he isnt concerned about yield, but when I start our corn it will be as we have 4 different varieties in the field and I want to know what ones the best for future consideration.

What is the difference between CORN and CORN 2 on the monitor?
