There are still USA made comealongs.
I like the idea of the above linked item. But the manual says it only good for 5 feet? More times than not my application would require a longer pull than 5'. I under stand a person could use an extra chain and pull 5' and then re-rig if it was a side pull and said item would stay put while re-rigging.
