| It's called x-fill. It doesn't actually switch over to RTX, it just uses the data from the RTX satellites, as well as your original RTK fixed position to keep you in RTK Fix for up to 20 minutes, even though your accuracy may have degraded a little. Your Base must be surveyed to work properly, otherwise it will drop out after 5 minutes.
This will require one of the later levels of firmware to work on 372, 750 & FMX. Just before this was released, they made it so your Receiver could go up to 60 seconds without any data from the base. Prior to this, it would only go for 40seconds. This is also available for the 262 Receiver. (262 won't do x-fill) | |
