| Have you had one apart? Is it something I could likely fix myself? Its a few years old so I'm sure they won't warrenty it at all.
Yes, it turns a lot easier by hand while engaged than it did before. If it is a hardware issue, I'm pretty disappointed by how few hours the mdu lasted. I always disengaged using the foot pedal too.
I had a problem with it this spring where it acted similar, only it wouldn't steer to one side. I had the pmw on auto with an offset set and with the offset set, on auto the pmw changed the pmw way too low on that side. I set the pmw to manual, raised the pmw, and it fixed the problem. That's why I think it still might be a software issue because yesterday when I messes with the pmws manually, it would work for a round until I got to the end of the row and disengaged. Then it wouldn't reengage properly. What I'm trying to say is it acted the same before with the pmws way too low. Now raising the pmws does not help anymore. | |
