Pat, "path planning fault" only comes up using FreeForm, I am guessing? I haven't had any 500s do it that I remember but when there is so many different lines like there is with FreeForm, it confuses the heck out of the Nav II. I didn't think it'd be a problem for you but it looks like its going to be. Try running Identical curve and see if it comes up.
