Interesting indeed. First question is what displays? Are all displays and receivers on current software? If so I would try a reprogram. I have read here that dealer should be able to do a reset/reprogram of the displays and receivers. Could you try your receivers on another display? Something is definitely wrong if the dealer's loaner works. What software ver is it running?
