SE wisconsin | Yes, I am. Hinfarm is right on rates any where from $50 to $250. Soil is highly variable in this part of state, La Grange can be very good in parts, but tends to be on the light side. I would also be interested in knowing where it is. If it is listed with a realtor I think I May farm the adjacent property. Taxes for tillable ground is not bad, nontillable, wooded, and buildings are where they hit you. I would be interested in farming it maybe! | |
