Same here I took the specs from some one else's adapter plate, and welded up my own. Had a drive line friend of mine make up the drive shafts. Then I even put in a carrier bearing to help support the shaft on each side. Looks like it was made for my combine, except for the fact that it's a jd 643 corn head on a 1680 combine.
