Who's going to climb it and put the base up there for me and take it down every year? I'm thinking some sort of slide attachment on the building that a guy could crank up or down would work. Either that or go out on the bin with something. I've haven't been up in the very top in 5 years so I can't remember what it's like up there. Maybe there's even a hatch.
