Subject: RE: Update

Brazilton KS
It first happened when the unit had been running for hours.

I changed the T2 with the one from the planter tractor, which we aren't running yet, and the problem remained with the tractor I was using.

I figured out that it locks up when you manually override by grabbing the steering wheel from EZ.  As long as I disengage using the foot pedal it works fine.

I'll cut to the chase now and say that I think I found the cause of the problem.  The 20 amp fuse which supplies my accessory master switch was bad....not blown, and not completely failed, but one of the blades was loose.  I replaced the fuse and so far have not had any further problem.  My guess is that the instant you take the steering wheel away from EZ, he tries really hard to hold on for a second before he lets go, and due to the poor connection inside the fuse,  this spike in amperage was showing up as a sufficient voltage drop to upset the T2.
