There is some of everything, there are more than rumbles here and there. Bankruptcy is a powerful indicator, and there are operations that are just that, bankrupt.

We have sustained severe drought conditions since the 2001. The only reason we don't have a dust bowl is our greatly improved farming practices. We are better farmers today than we were 1 year ago, 10 years ago, 20 years ago etc. Not all is well everywhere. Our insurance averages are beat down to the point insurance really isn't good.

Farm income is at an all time record high, as a whole Ag is very healthy. I love it out here on the Great Plains but things aren't all that rosey right now.
