Saskatchewan, big whitetail country!!! | Looks are almost always deceiving. Sure grain prices have been all right, but around here, guys yards are filling up with LOTS of iron. Depreciable iron. I think a lot of the time, what it LOOKS like, and what is ACTUALLY happening, are two different things.
Flashy iron can mean a lot of things. Folks buying to avoid tax issues, can often be in more peril than they know. Assuming profit five years out is tough to do IMO.. |
