I think interest in 80's was the nail. Now equipment cost ,inputs cost,rent,land bubble.....corn is cheap,soybeans may follow in time...truth is we may not have to wait for interest to go up.....cotton is a matter of time before price falls [they say china has 2 yr supply],peanuts for us is overproduced...may be 2 yr till production corrected.
