NE Miss | I think that in any community it is a cycle of comers and goers, some have been around for years, some have come and gone pretty quick. Someone said earlier about bad business decisions. That's the main reason is see. No matter, if your a 10 acre vegetable farmer or a 10,000 acre farmer, if you don't operate and live within your means, then you are playing with fire, and sometimes it doesn't necessarily take a disaster of a crop to get burned.
I edited to say that these are the conditions that I have seen the last 6-7 years, God forbid anything like the 80's come along and wipe out some of the guys who do it right and just have to succumb to the hard times rather than bad decisions.
