South Central Nebraska | I have found if i am coming to start line with sprayer or track tractor turning quickly to get on line, swath control on the map is not right but spraying or planting is OK.
Map is very bad with track tractor and 60' DB planter. To go around a post or tree i shut off swath control or it will shut planter units off. computer thinks i am backing up planter into
what was planted. I know i am not backing planter up in the ground (you only do that once and you will not want to unplug seed tubes)
My take is 2630 is a slow processor and can not calculate quick enough. Yield map on screen is always far behind where you are.
I have also contacted JD. they know it but don't want to change. | |
