Some great responses here and don't know if i can add anything but i would consult a good local ag/commercial electrician they should be able to test and find problem. We just put in retrofit parlor in our stall barn and rewired barn, I was amazed at how much was done to avoid stray voltage, everything was wired 220 except reciever jar pump, radio and a sump pump. The electritians tested for stray voltage and will come back any time and test again. We are end of line and have two services comming into farm(one for farm and one just for our grain drying facilities). Best of luck to you! I would add that power companys seem to have cleaned up their act without admitting there was ever a problem so they might actually help if you get them involved.
