I know a guy who was having stray voltage problems, finally cured it with some kind of electrical magic box. I don't know how it works or what it does, only that Fran went from barely hanging on to actually making money, now he is on the DHIA honor roll for production and cell count.

I know another guy who fought the power company and won, but by the time the lawsuit was over the farm was gone and the attorneys got most of the settlement. But he won.
