Very likely is your problem, had this same thing happen with a customers sprayer, My first thought was the Spray Rate Controller but as on yours some things did work, I switched the monitor but my monitor had the harness plugged in so I just unplugged it from the cornerpost, mine worked fine so I switched the harness and the customers worked then, that is when I found the difference in harnesses.
