I would check your sat count and DOP levels, could be signal related. If those are good my next bet would be the autosense located at the pivot point or the harness going to it.
And of course, the golden question, Have you tried turning it off and on again. Could be a power thing, but the consistent time of day occurrence makes me suspect a satellite issue.
