If you are moving the terrain compensation portion of the system (steering controller) I would recommend recalibrating the roll offset.
Alternately, when you move it, test to make sure you can drive back and forth on the same line accurately. If you're track on track, you're good. If you're off to one side when returning you need to re-do your roll calibration.
