I think I have the baby brother - Matrix 570?

Shutdown...   press the power switch on the side that you use for startup. There doesnt seem to be a close-out sequence - at least on the 570. It will save what has been done/logged before the power goes out. Upon startup, it will ask if you want to keep the last job open, or erase data - a very important prompt when you're not fully awake...


Mapping - as in coverage mapping? Only way mine will do it is either with a manual switch, or I have mine linked to a Raven 450. If I operate the Raven, it will log coverage, or I have the Section Control node plugged into the CAN, and when it is enabled and turns booms on, it will log that coverage.

I can measure field perimeters without a switch, just simply start and stop the boundary feature on the console.
