It's not counting acres because your Maximum Working Height is not set correctly for corn. Your feeder height must be BELOW the Max Working Height to record data (plus ground speed >=.5mph, elevator speed 250-599, etc.) The Max Work Height setting is crop specific, and your Beans setting is not going to work well for corn because it's probably set too low. i.e. on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is on the ground and 10 is full raise, you might cut beans at 1 and corn at 4. So your Max Work Height for beans might be 2. But if you cut corn at 4, you'll never get below the Max Work Height, so your system never thinks you're working. You need to set a new Max Work Height for corn.

It's very easy - go to Toolbox > Head1, press the Max Work Height bar graph, raise or lower the head to the HIGHEST position where you might actually still be cutting, and press Cal or Set. Then press OK. You're done.

This setting is separate from any other header cals, so you may still need to do those as well.
