Make sure when you do your cal. loads both the combine and the object with reference scale are empty. May also be possible the reference scale is off?Also be sure to use more then 3000 lbs, keep your pass length ruffly the same distance and run them at different consistent speeds. like cal. run 4 the second 3.7, the third 3.3 and the fourth 2.8. you should be able to get it on 4 loads.
