Subject: passing GPS antenna wires through cab roof?

Middlesex County, Ontario
What are you guys doing to get the antenna wire into the cab? Its simple enough to drill a hole and silicone shut but I'm looking for something a little more professional and I don't want a piece of wire on the roof flopping around when the antenna is removed.

Is it ok to have Antenna - 12" cable - TNC bulkhead - ~10' cable to side console - GPS monitor? Or do you have to watch the wire lengths and connections and Ohms?

Does anyone have a source for a nice TNC bulkhead connector? Something weatherproof. I would really love to have a nice bulkhead plug in the roof of each tractor with a 10' cord to the side console in all my tractors. Would make it so easy to swap stuff around.
