SEQ, Australia | Check the alignment of the rear steering - was a common issue on the Rogator 854's & similar that the rams would get out of phase and the back of the machine would be heading a different direction to the front. The easiest way to do this was to do a lock-to-lock figure 8 on four wheel steer before returning the rear steering to the centre position.
You may also want to check that your deadzones have been calibrated correctly - if the steering wheels are veering off the same direction all the time, this may not be the case.
On some profiles there is also a calibration/performance option of either Maximum Stability or Maximum Accuracy - maximum accuracy will make it attack the line harder and fight to stay there. Maximum stability makes it lazy to respond and it will track wherever the furrows take it. | |
