I suppose it is. But having to replace the rims would knock the value in my eyes. I think it would bring 40-50k.
When you're looking at a virtually new 80's tractor.... rims and rubber wouldn't be a worry. Where else can you get a tractor these days with those hours and reasonably expect it to last thirty years? None of the late model junk is nearly as reliable as the older iron.
