If you still have problems with moisture not changing, you can click on the little combine icon at the bottom that has your shaft speed and grain flow, and it will show you raw data. All you have to look for is proximity status and motor on, and it will even show you the motor current. In corn it seems to run constant, but in beans it starts and stops.


Not sure if the raw data is available on an Insight or not. Years ago I installed an LED in the cab that is wired to the auger motor on the moisture unit. If suspicious I can watch the LED. In decent soybeans the auger starts/stops but on corn it runs pretty much continuously.
