Missouri | I'm fairly certain it's doable.
I prefer the forum format except in the case of information that needs to be private. It allows anyone to contribute ideas, and allows everyone who reads the thread to benefit from the proposed ideas. There are so many sharp individuals here, any one of them may read this thread and have a better idea than mine, or may offer an idea which by incorporation will improve any solution I might suggest.
