all totals on a Run screen are for the active Task. As iowafarm said, you can view totals for a Field (or Farm, or Crop Type, or Variety, or Operator, etc.) on the Performance > Sum1/Sum2 pages.
There are resettable counters you can put on a Run screen, which would let you count the total bu for a field, but they appear to be a bit buggy in the newer software.
