EZ-Steer and your yield monitor are two completely separate systems. They might share a GPS receiver, but that's it.
Why can't you use EZ-Steer when it's dark/dusty?
Installing a moisture bypass unit on the side of the clean grain elevator will help quite a bit with reducing buildup on the sensor.
