| Your first step is to not take it back to those clowns. Next step is to pressure test the DP circuit. Test in high, then low, with the PTO engaged, brakes and diff lock as mentioned above. I'm not overly familiar with the TW's as I've never worked on them. I'm quite familiar with the 10's. The principle should be about the same. I'd want to see a minimum of 160 psi at a fast idle, not full throttle. Most of them will make it at WOT.. not all will make the cut at idle.
When you pressure test, watch for slow fill times on a clutch or a significantly lower pressure in that circuit when the clutch is engaged. That would indicate a leak. Slow fill times of more than a couple of seconds would suggest to me that there is a filter screen plugged up, mabey from brake material disintegrating into the oil. An overall low pressure problem could suggest a bad pump but it could also suggest a low setting on the pressure regulating valve... and I've seen a few of them. Whatever you do, do the pressure test before splitting it open this time. The gauge will show you where the problem is at. Otherwise you're only taking stabs in the dark and those tend to be expensive.
