NE WI | The TW35 has a separate low pressure pump in the transmission and is not part of the main hydraulic pump. You can still do a pressure test on the side port where the filter housing is. should be 155 to 185 PSI at a high idle with warm oil. Check with the dual power in high and low. Also press each brake petal, press the differential lock petal and engage the PTO while in high and low to see if the pressure sags in any of these conditions.
Also check the dual power line screen as it may be plugged. Plugged screen would cause a drop in pressure to the DP clutch pack causing slip. Could also be a bad solenoid valve for the dual power. There is a Bobcat part number available for the coil that is exponentially cheaper than buying from CNH. Search the yesterdays tractors Ford forum for this number as I don't have it handy.
Also bad brakes can plug the filters. When was the last time the suction and main hydraulic filters were changed? I would change them and cut the old ones apart to look for metal flakes/paste.
