Western New York | There were shut down issues with the early versions of software on the midrange combines, I have seen some monitors stay on over night with the key off. I'm sure there were other issues with it as well, get it upgraded to current version, 28.3 I think, also make sure the rest of the combine is updated to match the current software on the display, and make sure you are running a manufacturer recommended USB in it.
