Subject: Moisture not changing Insight yield monitor

Wellsville, KS

I "updated" a Caseih black box to an Insight in our CaseIH 2366. The moisture stays constant at 31.7 % and the temperature reads -430 degrees. I can't manually change the temperature. I put in actual moisture 17, and the moisture stays constant there. I made sure its on automatic moisture. Any ideas? Bad moisture sensor?
