I have a PF Advantage that I took out of my 2388 last fall to put in a 700. It would get you into a newer monitor and gps. And if I'm not mistaken it should plug into your existing harness, but the smart guys on here can tell you for sure. If interesested you can email me at [email protected]
The Advantage would plug into the wiring harness exactly the same as a YM2000 or PF3000. The GPS connection is slightly different but not really a problem. The Advantage would get some of the newer features but not be as flexible as the newest models. It might be a good opportunity for both parties.
