roaming | are you running autoguidance or manual steering? If you're running guidance, Target Work Width sets your guidance swath width.
Do you have Auto Cut Width turned on?
Not sure what you mean when you say that it "overlaps roughly 6-12 inches" in one direction, but "appears to be spot on". If it's overlapping, then it's obviously not "spot on". Do you mean that it's "spot on" during the calibration itself, but not during operation?
