Just bought a 2388 with a pf 2000 in it my seed guy came out and calibrated it for me and told me it was outdated wouldnt map very well if at all and is wanting to sell me a integra for $9000 installed will the integra do any better reading yield than what i have and is this a good price for it

The monitor would be either a YM2000 or a PF3000 there was no pf2000. It would need to be equipped with GPS to record the point by point information on a memory card which could ultimately create a yield map on a computer equipped with the proper software. The YM2000 used an older style memory card that can be difficult to obtain. These older memory cards often need to be read with older computers as newer computers do not usually support that type of memory.

As far as the results, I feel that the maps created by the older systems can be as accurate as maps created by the Integra. That being said the Integra has many more features and can be used in a variety of other farming situations.
