| Using a raven 440 controller with micro-trak EMD and flowmeter to put fertilizer on with drill. Trying to put down 6.5 gal/acre cant get rate below 10.5. Calibrated meter with grey plastic orfices. Gallonage used was correct but had to raise my meter cal to 9800 to get there. Tag on flow meter shows 2395 pulses per 10 gal. I have valve cal 43 Frequency 150 programed into raven. Put smaller orfices in Raven showing 10.5 gal/acre actual is 8. Maxed out meter cal to 9999 and cant get it down to 8. Have run out of ideas. Could flow meter be faulty. Had it off and spins freely. Everything new except raven. | |
