| Chip a word of caution when feeding in tires. Had a feedlot winter some cows in a drought year. They fed in turned tractor tires. He said there would be no problem but make sure they have enough room. One cow got pushed in one and died. I think after that he put a few more tires in and fed alittle more feed. No more trouble. One place that turned tires had a bunch of chains cemented it a circle but can't remember how they lifted the tire to turn it inside out. | |
