| We put Windsor pinnacle in in 2001 when we built a new home. Do not put in Windsor windows. Some were casements and some were double hung. We fought with moisture /ice on the windows every winter. The company was no help. I have to keep the relative humidity in the 30% range to minimize the moisture buildup,but you get a shock every time you touch a metal object. We replaced the first one this year as it was rotten already. | |
