Subject: JD 2600 mapping

Northwest IL
Setting it up in a 9770. We have not started yet. What will read out on 2600 display and what will command station show when in field? Will I only map yield or does it do both yield and moisture? What page layout is best? Also on a bean head without auto steer what should my header width number be? We run a 30 ft head. Do I manual still need to put in if I am only taking less than full width or does mapping do that itself? QuAppelle thanks below it helped me out as well hope you can comment on this too.

We just bought a globe and 2600 for this mapping thing. Combine is set up for autotrac. We did not buy any signal. We have another system on SF1 on a tractor. Would I have to switch globe and 2600 from each to get autosteer in combine? Or somehow can I switch sf1 between the two of them. Sorry for all the questions!
