I have a grower that plants with an Insight and harvests with a Deere 2630 in a 9770 STS. Rode with him in the combine yesterday and variety locater is working like a charm. I can't tell you the specifics on what he had to do on the SMS side but it works just as if I had set it up within Apex. I can try to get more details of the SMS process if you'd like.
