SE IL

farmerdylan - 9/25/2013 20:28 i have the moisture sensor on the elevator and what is the processor by the seat i don't think i have that should i. Is that what they call the wedge box i never really found what it is for. All the dealers i call act like it is ancient technology from a long time ago when really its not been that long.

Right, wedgebox. It's either there or not. I don't remember what determines if you have to have harvest doc or not. I think it is how the moisture meter is programmed. I don't know how to tell for sure. If it has never had a mobile processor hooked to it it may work without a keycard. You may need a copy of JD Office to set it up for the old yield mapping-which only requires a data card. It shouldn't be too hard to find a keycard with harvest doc though-probably around 75 -100 bucks. Might try ebay or JD Machine Finder. That technology came out in like 1996. Which is a lifetime in the gps world.
