I would guess that the time and money you are spending just to mount a StarFire GPS and 2630 would go a long way to putting an inexpensive GPS receiver on the combine to create maps and getting your AFS monitor updated to the most current version as Torn suggested. In my opinion, that would be the most logical and cost effective solution.
If you are so set on having a color touchscreen to do yield mapping, then buy a used Pro600 as others have suggested several times or find an Ag Leader dealer and put in a used EDGE or Insight YM kit. All of those are readily available from many different sources. With either of those systems, you would have something that would be reliable and would show you an onscreen color yield map.
