My Norton antivirus quarantined one file from the Ag Leader downloaded that prevented the computer from completing the installation. I was able to get the file that was restricted by antivirus loaded and SMS then completed the installation.
I called the SMS tech support and hour ago and left message with no response yet, so I suppose a lot of customers are having issues.
SMS upgrade to 13.0 issue
