Not sure which wire,, but sure sounds like you have a voltage issue. The book/wrench tab on 2600/2630 ( if that's what you have for a display) will show how much voltage your system is putting out. They take some juice. Had a customer have that issue on an 8760. Alt was weak & when A/C cycled,, ATU kicked out
