several possibilities.

Check your C1 number (Calibration > Crop). Make sure it's at 100 or very close. Too high and you won't get flow readings. Your C2-C11 should be somewhere near the factory defaults, but if you've calibrated, they won't match the factory defaults exactly.

Check your impact plate on the flow sensor at the top of the elevator. If it's damaged, worn, or missing, replace it. You'll have to recalibrate.

Check the clearance between the deflector plate and the clean grain elevator paddles. Should be 3/8" to 1/2". If it was working and suddenly stopped, the problem isn't likely the deflector plate clearance, but it's a good thing to check anyway.

Would be worth updating to v27.
