Subject: Anybody raising Dexter cattle in the U.S.?


The Dexter is a breed from Ireland, even smaller than the original Jersey at 3 feet tall.
The meat looks very lean, almost like venison.
The taste of Dexter raised in these lush wild bogs and glens must be excellent.
Too bad I didn't try when I was living in Ireland...
