The new electrical cover is just a new one. The ones from 94/95/9600 combines were supposed to have a belt routing diagram stuck on them. Now, whether dealers put them on there or not, thats another story.
The 50/60/70 series combines do not have the same belt routing as previous models, hence the need for a new electrical cover.
