SE IL | Had the exact same problem. Started with a clean 4gb Kingston card from amazon.com. Loaded my maps onto it from Farmworks. Put in the Pro 600 and kept cycling, never starting up. I went back to the office computer and transferred the folder to a 32mb card that we've used before and worked fine. (Card was formatted in FAT32)
I ordered a 1gb card which should be here tomorrow. I'm hoping it will work.
